CANCELLATION POLICY

• A 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% service fee. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • Clients who miss an appointment without notice may be required to prepay in full for future bookings.
